Join us for an enchanting evening at the crossroads of art and archaeology! “Artful Intersection 4.0” is a unique fundraiser dedicated to supporting the Mound House and its mission to preserve, share and interpret 2,000 years of cultural and environmental history of Fort Myers Beach and Southwest Florida.

The Friends of the Mound House is a 501© (3) non-profit Florida corporation founded to promote interest in the Mound House and to support it financially. The Friends raise funds to support education and opportunities which fulfill the mission of the Friends to preserve this cultural gem for future generations and to better serve our community. The Friends started as an ad hoc organization of volunteers that served as Mound House docents, the Friends incorporated in 2005 as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Since the founding, the Friends have raised funds to support Mound House programs and created an endowment to generate a continuous source of income to support the Mound House.
